Olympus New Wide Angle Lens 8-20mm

Olympus will make a new wide angle lens 8-20 mm (16-40mm, 35mm equivalent).  The aperture is F2.8-4.  The lens construction is 11 elements and 4 groups.  There is no news where will this lens is available.
