Sony New Stacked Image CMOS Sensor
Sony has launched the the photosensitive element named "Exmor RS". The sensor uses a unique layered structure, and redesigned circuit to replace the back illuminated sensor. The new "Exmor RS" may be used on the next generation of Sony digital compact camera.
