Sony RX1 is the first compact full frame fixed lens digital camera. It is a 24 Megapixel full-frame camera with F2 35mm Zeiss fixed lens. The price is about CAD$2999.99. The RX1 does good on close-ups and get about 5.5 inches away from subject. Here is the features extract from Sony Canada:
