Is the Blackberry Z10 Smart Phone Camera any good?

Dpreview.com has just release a review of the Blackberry's new smart phone camera Z10. (Click here for detail.)  Dpreview.com conclude that image quality is quite good, with decent fine detail, in good light but not at low light.
